Accountabilities

    • Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
    • Build and optimize consumer and B2B digital experiences, including websites, customer tools, internal platforms, and data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities and prioritize product investments.
    • Conduct customer research, analyze user feedback, monitor market trends, and use data insights to guide product decisions.
    • Establish product vision, OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
    • Manage external software partners and third-party platform relationships to support product integrations and expansion.
    • Drive strategic initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.
    • Advocate for customer-centric design principles and communicate product vision across the organization.
    • Support revenue growth, customer engagement, and retention through impactful product improvements.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • 8+ years of experience in product management, digital products, e-commerce, and website development.
      • Proven experience delivering successful products at scale while exceeding business and ROI objectives.
      • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, customer research, and data-driven decision-making.
      • Experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around a shared product vision.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience working with third-party software vendors, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and managing external integrations is preferred.
      • Experience in home services, insurance, warranty, or related industries is a strong advantage.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
      • Proven ability to collaborate with US-based business teams and work within overlapping US time zones.
      • Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for designing, building, and improving digital products.
