Scope of Work
1. To provide courteous and prompt service and if possible, to comply with each and every co~
owners' requests and needs.
2. To handle keys and ensure that the room keys are given to the right guests, i.e by checking
the Property Management System and welcome folder for verification.
3. To check the occupancy report to ensure the room status is updated
4. To familiarize oneself with the procedures, facilities, and services of the Property.
5. To report to the Building Manager, Assistant Building Manager, and Shift Leader of all co-
owners' complaints and to attend all meetings and training programs punctually.
6. To ensure proper handling of all co-owners' messages/property held at the reception.
7. To perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by superior or
management.
8. Ensure that Telephone Courtesy and Techniques are put into practice.
9. Receive, acknowledge and connect all incoming calls on the switchboard and side phones in
the department to the parties concerned in a fast, accurate and courteous manner.
10. Check and ensure that all equipment in the department is in good working condition.
11. Announcing the guest/visitor to the co-owners and accompanying him/her to the unit.
