As a Sales Representative – Medical Surgical, you will support the commercial growth of Medtronic’s Medical Surgical portfolio across Malta and Kosovo. The role focuses on executing sales activities, supporting distributor partnerships, and contributing to therapy adoption and market development.

This position operates within an indirect sales model, requiring close collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promote a broad Medical Surgical portfolio including Surgical Innovations, Acute Care Monitoring and Endoscopy 
• Support achievement of sales targets and territory goals 
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders 
• Work closely with local distributor partners to support daily sales activities 
• Participate in product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support 
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to growing the business in key hospitals 
• Support product launches and local marketing initiatives 
• Collect market insights and share feedback with the wider team 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 
• 2–4 years of professional experience (sales or healthcare environment preferred) 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Interest in medical technology and willingness to learn 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Native-level proficiency in Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
