JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include:
- Perform fitting rework activities including grinding, blasting, coating, and repair of fiberglass products
- Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior
- Grind sharp edges on products without causing dimensional or surface damage
- Inspect products for internal and external defects and perform necessary rework
- Operate curing ovens, spray guns, grinders, and hand tools safely and correctly
- Ensure rework processes meet quality standards and time targets
- Perform accurate product labeling and stenciling as per SOP requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in work areas
- Any other duties assign by superior from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to carry physical works.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
