As a HSE Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our Health, Safety, and Environment Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by helping to reduce risks, prevent incidents, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship that protects employees, assets, and the environment.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance and promote safety awareness.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- English Proficient
- 3+ years of experience in health, safety, and environment engineering or related field
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices with the ability to apply them effectively
- Experience with risk assessments, safety audits, patrimonial security and incident investigation methodologies
- Proficiency in HSE management systems and related software tools
