**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Operations & Maintenance Lead will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through maintenance planning, asset management, document control and standard compliance management.
**Required Skills:**
Operations & Maintenance Lead Responsibilities:
1. Manage assets through full life cycle and maintain associated master data
2. Use the global maintenance library requirements to develop campus-wide maintenance plans in the Enterprise Asset Management System (Hexagon EAM)
3. Serve as the local Administrator role for the EAM tool and serve as the primary point of contact for the centralized tooling support team
4. Facilitate and help manage compliance to operational standards
5. Coordinate the development, review and approval of all operating procedures
6. Manage corrective actions for a variety of processes at the campus level by ensuring timely tasking and closeout
7. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to plan and schedule preventative and corrective work throughout the campus
8. Monitor maintenance schedules and related work management metrics for adherence to compliance windows
9. Collaborate with centralized teams to manage spare parts
10. Provide training for and maintain data health in Hexagon EAM tool
11. Support audits conducted by outside regulatory agencies (Sarbanes-Oxley(SOX), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), etc.)
12. Work with construction partners to ensure asset tagging and equipment attribute collection is accurate and aligns with written requirements
13. Analyze performance metrics and maintenance/operations data to identify trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies
14. Lead maintenance and operations optimization initiatives to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall site performance

15. 7+ years of experience in an industry that includes operations & maintenance
16. Proficient using word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software
17. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and their application to work orders
18. Experience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management software
19. Demonstrated partnership and communication skills
20. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and life safety monitoring and control systems
21. Experience in collaborating and influencing teams to execute coordinated plans and activities

22. 10+ years of experience in operations and maintenance or a related field
23. 3+ years of experience in a critical operations environment
24. 4+ years’ of experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems in an operations environment
25. Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a related field
26. Experience using Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system
