The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the Arena from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Operations Changeover Team may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Operations Changeover Team is a vital component of the Arena in responding to the needs of promoters and clients—a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.   This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 9, 2026. Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events. Setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment. Responding to promoters'/clients' needs as directed. Perform various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met, including, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies Assist with pre/post event cleaning, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, and carpet cleaning as needed.Maintain outside grounds, including parking areas, the garage, entrances, and the event plaza.
