Accountabilities:

    • Own and evolve identity and access management systems, including lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver), privileged access, group policies, and access reviews with a strong focus on least privilege and scalability.
    • Design, operate, and optimize AWS-based internal IT infrastructure, including secure access patterns, networking, logging, monitoring, and governance.
    • Build and maintain automation and integrations across the IT ecosystem using APIs, scripting, ServiceNow, Okta Workflows, and event-driven architectures.
    • Provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, data architecture, and ITSM processes such as incident, change, and request management.
    • Define technical standards and architectural guardrails for enterprise IT systems, ensuring consistency, security, and operational efficiency.
    • Support enterprise AI tooling adoption by contributing governance models, access controls, and safe integration patterns.
    • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents and participate in on-call rotations for critical systems support.
    • Partner with Security teams during incidents to support containment, access remediation, investigation, and recovery efforts across systems and endpoints.
    • Lead technical evaluations of new systems and changes, influencing cross-functional decisions and standardization efforts.
    • Improve observability, logging, and monitoring practices across IT-owned platforms to ensure reliability and rapid incident response.
    • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and technical standards to ensure operational clarity and knowledge sharing across teams.
    • Occasionally support off-hours work due to global, multi-time-zone operations and critical incident response needs.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, enterprise IT, or infrastructure engineering with ownership of identity, SaaS, endpoint, and/or cloud systems in a distributed environment.
      • Strong hands-on experience with AWS for internal systems, including IAM, networking, logging, monitoring, and secure architecture design.
      • Deep experience administering and integrating ServiceNow, including workflow design, ITSM processes, reporting, and system integrations.
      • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages, with experience working with APIs, JSON, and automation frameworks.
      • Expertise in identity and access management platforms such as Okta, including SSO, lifecycle automation, and policy design.
      • Experience managing endpoint systems (macOS and/or Windows), including MDM, provisioning, compliance, patching, and security baselines.
      • Strong understanding of observability and log management tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, or similar platforms.
      • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives independently and influence architectural decisions without formal authority.
      • Excellent communication skills with strong documentation capabilities (runbooks, standards, and operational guides).
      • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Atlassian tools.
      • Familiarity with IT security practices, access controls, audit requirements, and operational compliance processes.
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategic architecture and hands-on operational execution.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 – $213,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
