About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a B2B Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across digital advertising platforms.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to transform go-to-market messaging, campaign strategy, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) into compelling visual assets that capture attention and support measurable marketing performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to design creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms while continuously iterating based on campaign performance and testing insights.

What You’ll Own

Ad Creative Design

  • Design high-converting static B2B ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Translate campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies into compelling visual concepts.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing across headlines, imagery, layouts, and calls-to-action.
  • Create assets in multiple dimensions and formats optimized for each advertising platform.
  • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring creatives to different target audiences and campaign objectives.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • Interpret Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging strategies, and campaign goals to inform creative direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative concepts.
  • Review campaign performance insights and continuously refine creative assets based on results.
  • Balance creativity with performance-focused design decisions.

Creative Production & Workflow

  • Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain organized libraries of templates, assets, and brand materials.
  • Develop scalable design systems and repeatable creative frameworks.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and creative workflows.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality and platform specifications.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience creating B2B advertising creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, or similar advertising platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency with:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Canva
  • Strong ability to translate marketing strategy and messaging into high-performing visual designs.
  • Understanding of B2B advertising psychology, including:
    • Messaging hierarchy
    • Visual attention
    • CTA placement
    • Conversion-focused design
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as:
    • Midjourney
    • Adobe Firefly
    • ChatGPT
    • Similar AI-assisted creative tools

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with performance marketing or demand generation teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising performance metrics such as:
    • CTR
    • CPC
    • Conversion Rate
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animated advertising assets.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services marketing.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
