The product works. Customers are using it. What we need now is someone who can take it from "promising pilot" to undeniable product-market fit.This is an amazing opportunity to build, ship and monetize a major 0-1 investment that we believe will expedite the world’s transition to net zero with solar. You'll report directly to the Director of Product and work with a small, highly capable engineering team that ships fast and expects clear direction.What you’ll own:Lead your Product Trio to define the core problem, the user and the "why." Use these insights to build a sequenced roadmap that solves real business needs.Run structured interviews with pilot customers to validate pain points and secure commitment. Ensure every interaction drives adoption forward.Collaborate with Design and Engineering to build a product as intuitive as it is functional, ensuring the first experience goes beyond simple utility.Define and hit the metrics that signal product-market fit. Prioritize work that delivers these outcomes while protecting the team from distractions.Embrace AI-powered product development. Use AI tools in your own workflow to move faster. Identify and scope user-facing AI features that accelerate PVcase's value proposition.What success looks like:30 days: Analyze customer data and pilot conversion friction to identify the key behaviors driving user retention.90 days: Establish sustained customer engagement and implement a scoring system to objectively measure conversion intent.6 months: Drive a significant surge in customers who demonstrate a clear, proven commitment to becoming long-term platform partners.1 year: Drive significant improvements in Net Revenue Retention and identify new growth opportunities.Job requirementsProven product management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful experience in 0-to-1 product development - you've built a product from scratch and can speak to the decisions you made and why.Experience working on platform or ecosystem products - you've navigated the complexity of building for multiple interconnected products, defined shared capabilities, or managed API-first product strategies that serve both internal teams and external integrations.Customer-led, commercially sharp. You run discovery interviews that close — not just capture. You know how to read the room, ask the hard question ("Are you ready to add two more projects? If not, what's stopping you?"), and convert insight into commitment. You don't wait for an email to work when it stops working.Product-market fit experience. You've launched new products in a B2B SaaS environment. You know the difference between signal and noise in early adoption, and you can prioritise ruthlessly when the list of things to do is longer than the time to do them.Strong communicator. You can run a pilot review, present to leadership, and write a crisp PRD in the same week. You adjust the format, not the rigour.Commercial instincts. You use every customer interaction as a discovery opportunity, and you don't passively wait for the funnel to work.Design conviction. You understand that first impressions shape retention.
