About the Role: As a Project Manager of Optimization, Payment Operations, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at launching new projects, streamlining processes, change management, and elevating the customer experience. You'll be instrumental in driving projects from conception to realization, ensuring they deliver tangible business impacts. Responsibilities:  * Project Leadership: Lead initiatives to drive new projects, process improvements, change management, and enhancements in customer experience. * Strategic Execution: Anticipate potential bottlenecks, prioritize projects effectively against business needs, and navigate technical constraints to ensure project success and quality outcomes. * Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from the initial recommendation through to implementation, ensuring quality and that they achieve the desired business impact. * Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional internal and external teams to facilitate project success. * Data Analysis: Undertake ad hoc, data-intensive projects, applying strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers to inform decisions. What Success Looks Like: * Projects advance reliably and hit key milestones through steady collaboration and coordinated delivery across teams. * Internal partners and executive stakeholders receive highly accurate, structured, and clear analyses that balance immediate troubleshooting needs with sustainable tools designed to improve collective efficiency. * Core operational and workflow data is turned into practical, actionable insights that help the wider team continuously improve daily processes. * Before rolling out any new report or dashboard tracking operational trends, formal feedback loops are conducted with internal teams to ensure the data accurately reflects their daily processing workflows and meets their reporting needs. Candidate Requirements: * 1-3  years of experience in project coordination, operations, or fintech. Card issuing experience is a plus * Demonstrated experience in leading projects, influencing others, analytical thinking, and executing and implementing complex projects. * A keen eye for identifying process improvements. * Proven ability to identify open questions or areas of ambiguity and initiate conversations with the relevant parties to clarify unknowns. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating strong analytical thinking. * Ability to build and cultivate relationships within an organization to support project success. * Experience working at a Payments Company and/or a financial institution * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related fields Work Environment & Culture: We believe that performance and experience go hand in hand - an exceptional employee experience is earned through contribution.
