This role translates business challenges into data-driven insights, develops structured business cases, supports risk-return assessment and ensures innovation initiatives are prioritized, measured and governed with discipline. The Innovation Specialist enables informed investment decisions and reinforces the financial and strategic impact of the Latam Innovation portfolio.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-up activities

  • Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates

  • Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials

  • Assist in the initial structuring of opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and initial inputs for business cases

  • Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects

  • Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities, including startups, universities, innovation hubs, technology partners, and healthtech solutions

  • Contribute to the development of an innovation culture through support in communications, storytelling, knowledge management, and engagement activities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment

  • Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Fluent Spanish. Intermediate to advanced English

  • Experience building business cases, ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks; Measurable ROI or cost impact from supported initiatives; Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and Proficiency with analytical and dashboarding tools (Excel, BI platforms) is advantageous
