The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.Responsibilities:Monitor the team work activities to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the funds activities, including calculation of NAVs and distribution factorsProcess daily work in a timely and accurate manner as well as act as an escalation point for questions and researchReview associates’ work and provide sign-off for complex transactions or sensitive clientsAssist in developing training materials and training employees, and act as escalation point for questions and researchEnsure procedures and controls are followed and the integrity of the data processing environment is maintainedSupport and oversee overall fraud quality control both monetary and non-monetaryAssist the manager in identifying the need for and implementing procedural changes; support BAU team administration, and act as a backup for the managerAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications:4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related business areaBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceExperience in fund administration, change management, and/or project managementDemonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in a related areaPeople management skills are an advantage but not requiredConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applicationsDetail-orientedBy joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include:Employer paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan contribution of 6% of employee’s pensionable earnings (PPE Program)Employer paid Private Medical Care Package for employees and Private Medical Care Packages for certain family members available at preferential ratesEmployer paid Life Insurance Program for employees and Life Insurance for certain family members available at preferential ratesEmployee Assistance Program financed by EmployerPaid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave; statutory and 2 weeks additional paid paternity leave)Sport Card for employees subsidised via Social Benefits Fund and Sport Cards for certain family members available at preferential ratesAdditional benefits from Company’s Social Benefit Fund, in particular: Holidays Allowance, support for sport and cultural activities, team building events.Additional day off for volunteeringCafeteria/ flex benefit – a company benefits system...
