How you'll make an impact

  • Provide advanced technical expertise and support for engineering projects and operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, procedures, manuals, and reports.

  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

  • Support the design, testing, and development of new technologies and processes.

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and engineering software to drive efficiency.

  • Assist with technical equipment procurement, inventory management, and resource planning.

  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all activities.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Associate degree, advanced technical diploma, or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience as an Engineering Technician or in a related technical role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in a specialized technical area such as automation, mechatronics, power systems, embedded systems, or data acquisition.

  • Experience using diagnostic equipment, measurement instruments, CAD tools, simulation software, or other relevant technical applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
