Accountabilities:
- Architect and standardize PeopleSoft integrations by designing reusable, scalable integration templates that support consistent enterprise deployments across customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure integration frameworks align with core system architecture and evolving product requirements.
- Translate complex, bespoke customer implementation challenges into repeatable patterns and standardized internal assets that improve scalability.
- Support pre-sales engineering activities by designing and validating integration architectures for prospective enterprise customers.
- Define and promote best practices for ERP integration design, documentation, and implementation consistency across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert across PeopleSoft and expand expertise into additional ERP ecosystems, including integration architecture and data models.
- Take an engineering-first approach to problem-solving, balancing high-level system design with hands-on technical execution when required.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations within PeopleSoft environments.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), particularly Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), and eProcurement processes and data structures.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft integration technologies such as Integration Broker (IB), Component Interfaces (CI), Application Engine, and File Layouts.
- Experience working with ERP implementations, configurations, integrations, or system administration.
- Familiarity with XML and REST-based APIs, including authentication protocols and integration workflows.
- Ability to interpret and work effectively with API documentation and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in collaborative environments.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and document technical solutions with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to evolving enterprise integration ecosystems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.
- Competitive total compensation package with a salary range of $135,000 – $200,000 OTE (based on experience, skills, and location)
