Que tal fazer parte do nosso time?Local Principal: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo  - Indaiatuba  Função: Product and Process Mgmt (CA)Título: Senior Technical Product Manager - Developer Platforms & DevEx - Indaiatuba/SP - 122060 As a Product Manager - Developer Experience Platforms for John Deere Brasil in Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for Developer Experience Platforms, DX is the product area responsible for the core platforms Deere engineers use to build, secure, and ship software every day. This role will lead the teams operating and evolving enterprise GitHub, GitHub Actions runner infrastructure, GitHub Copilot enablement, Artifactory, migration tooling, and developer self-service automation. The leader in this role will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Cloud, and application teams to reduce developer friction, improve platform reliability, manage cost and adoption at enterprise scale, and make delivery workflows more observable, governed, and self-service.  This is not a generic platform operations role. The work directly shapes how thousands of engineers experience source control, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, artifact management, and migration from legacy tooling to modern paved paths. Success means engineers spend less time waiting on runners, troubleshooting platform instability, navigating access or billing complexity, and more time safely delivering value to the business. Main Responsibilities Responsible for improving quality, customer satisfaction and performance metrics, and managing products' product goals;Partners closely with Global IT engineers and analysts to serve as their voice and what is possible given current and emerging technologies;Plays a pivotal part in articulating the value of products to engineers and analysts;Requires a deep understanding of the customer (software engineers and analysts), industry megatrends and current technical situation to drive strategic OKRs, roadmaps and measurable value creation;Transforms the strategic vision of the product family into deliverable iterations for their respective product teams;Make it easy for engineers and analysts to use cloud services in a way that aligns to devops principles;Design engineering solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design brief (for example, in terms of functionality, performance, aesthetics, and cost) that conform to organizational and/or regulatory standards;Make data-driven decisions that drive the shape of your product;Market and share your product with the developer community to drive adoption of best practices and paved-paths your team builds;Set and drive product level success metrics, OKRs, or other metrics to show the value of your product to see that they drive our transformation;Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.Skills You Need Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a degree plus related experience;Advanced/Fluent English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate and conduct training sessions);Ability to work with large customer base of 18,000+ builders using developer experience platforms;Managing many direct requests from customers;Understanding of agile working and DevOps practices;Leadership and the ability to provide a large team of engineers with a strategic direction aligned with...
