• Responsible for independently managing all day-to-day payroll activities including co-ordination with the key internal teams as well as ensure to an accurate and timely payroll on monthly basis.• Preparation of full and final settlements and ensure the same is checked• Share the F&F inputs with Payroll Vendor and validated the F&F working• Responsible for accurate and timely payment of applicable taxes and filing related returns for TDS, PF, PT, LWF, etc.• Maintain accurate month closing including Payroll Accounting, Provisions, Monthly Payroll Variance analysis, Payroll and related liability account reconciliation.• Managed annual salary revisions, promotions & restructure the compensation• Guiding employees around Salary, Deductions, Investment Declarations etc.• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits• Coordinating for periodical actuarial valuation• Ensure appropriate and timely taxation of the employees and issue Form 16• Reduce manual activities in salary processing & reports through automation/enhancements with the help of IT teamQualifications:
• Bachelor /Master degree; with 3 years’ experience in supporting business processing, Service operations or HR services.Skills:
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing & Exit Process is must• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service ethos with a track record of process improvement.• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data , situations• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and process oriented.
