Accountabilities:

    As a Fire Alarm Service Supervisor, you will manage service operations, support field teams, and ensure successful delivery of customer commitments. You will balance technical expertise, leadership, and business responsibilities to improve service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

    • Oversee the execution of customer service programs, time and material work, parts sales, and related service activities.
    • Manage service resources, costs, safety standards, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction across assigned operations.
    • Supervise field specialists, service specialists, coordinators, inspectors, and other service personnel.
    • Support team development by providing guidance, coaching, mentorship, and leadership to service employees.
    • Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer outcomes.
    • Manage financial performance through cost control, margin analysis, and resource planning.
    • Apply project management practices within technical service environments, including fire alarm, building automation, and electronic security systems.
    • Support the growth and expansion of service offerings within the local market.
    • Perform additional operational duties and responsibilities as needed.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced fire alarm service professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage technical teams while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You should be comfortable balancing field operations, financial responsibilities, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

      • College degree, trade school education, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 3+ years of experience in fire alarm field service.
      • Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a small technical team.
      • Experience in industries such as fire alarm and life safety, electronic systems, building automation, healthcare technology, or related technical environments.
      • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team development.
      • Advanced financial analysis skills, including cost control and gross margin understanding.
      • Strong project management capabilities in a technical service environment.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and field teams.
      • NICET certification, EST certification, or similar industry credentials are preferred.
      • Valid driver’s license required.
