The Site Leader at the Denver High Velocity Center (HVC) is a critical leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of a fast-paced parts distribution center. The Site Leader is responsible for driving performance across all key metrics, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Ford Dealers, Parts Managers, Carriers, Supply Chain partners, Regional Hubs, and all corporate support functions.
Serve as a key point of contact for communication and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in national and local negotiations as required.
Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Transportation and Logistics
Manage and oversee the transportation and logistics of parts distribution.
Work with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient transportation operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Proven experience leading a Parts Distribution Center
• Extensive experience managing and leading facilities with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Extensive Distribution Operations experience in the Daily Parts Advantage (DPA) environment
• Prior experience in Managing UAW facilities and/or UAW negotiations is required.
