What you will do:
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze user requirements in coordination with business, product, and technical teams.
· Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
· Design responsive UI for web applications, dashboards, mobile apps, and workflow-based systems.
· Prepare high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
· Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, icons, typography, color schemes, and layout standards.
· Ensure usability, accessibility, consistency, and simplicity in design.
· Work closely with frontend, Flutter, backend, QA, and product teams during implementation.
· Review developed screens to ensure alignment with approved designs.
· Conduct usability reviews and suggest improvements based on feedback.
· Prepare design specifications, UI guidelines, and handoff documentation.
· Support branding, dashboards, reports, and presentation design as required
Education and Experience Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
· Good understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
· Experience in designing enterprise applications, dashboards, admin portals, workflow systems, and mobile apps.
· Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
· Ability to convert complex processes into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
· Understanding of frontend implementation constraints in HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Flutter.
· Experience in creating design systems and reusable UI components.
· Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
· Experience with government, large-scale enterprise, or citizen-service applications will be preferred.

· Wireframes and prototypes.
· High-fidelity UI screens.
· Design system and component library.
· UX review reports.
· UI handoff documents for developers.
· Accessibility and usability recommendations.
Common L3 Responsibilities
· Work independently on assigned modules with minimum supervision.
· Understand functional requirements and convert them into technical or design deliverables.
· Follow coding, design, security, and documentation standards.
· Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, technical reviews, and status meetings.
· Provide L3-level support for complex bugs, production issues, and performance problems.
· Coordinate with multiple teams for end-to-end delivery.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with quality.
· Mentor L1/L2 resources and review their work where required.
· Maintain documentation, status reports, and knowledge transfer material.
· Comply with information security, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
Expected Competencies

· Ability to work in agile and DevOps-based delivery environments.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Ownership of deliverables and accountability for timelines.
· Ability to handle production support and urgent issue resolution.
· Understanding of secure application development practices.
· Experience in large-scale enterprise or government IT projects will be an advantage.
