Beyond creating beautiful designs, you are expected to think strategically, lead visual direction, inspire the creative team, and ensure every piece of work delivers against both the brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities1. Creative Concept & Art DirectionCollaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Account and Production teams from briefing through execution to define project objectives, creative opportunities, and visual direction.Develop strong visual concepts that effectively translate marketing objectives and the campaign's "big idea" into impactful creative work.Lead the art direction across integrated campaigns, branding, social media, digital content, presentations, events, and other marketing materials.Ensure all creative deliverables consistently meet the highest standards of craft while maintaining alignment with the approved concept and brand identity.Present creative thinking and visual rationale to internal teams and clients.2. Production DevelopmentLead visual development for video productions including TVCs, Digital Videos and other branded visual-based content.Develop visual treatments, storyboards, style frames, key visual references, and look & feel documents for productions.Supervise production and post-production processes, ensuring consistency.Balance creative ambition with production feasibility, timelines, and budgets.3. Design & Visual ExecutionProduce high-quality design work including Key Visuals, campaign assets, pitch presentations, branding systems, event materials, etc.Prepare presentation boards, visual mockups, moodboards, and design references that clearly communicate creative direction.Maintain consistency and quality control across all design deliverables throughout the execution process.4. Design ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Designers and Design Interns through regular feedback, coaching, and creative guidance.Allocate resources and optimize the team's Design capacity across both pitching and execution projects.5. Industry ExcellenceStay up to date with emerging trends across branding, advertising, social content, digital experiences, AI-powered creative tools, production techniques, and visual culture.Continuously seek new creative approaches, technologies, and best practices that elevate the agency's creative output.ABOUT YOUMinimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director within a creative or integrated agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign art direction, integrated marketing campaigns, events, and production projects.Strong understanding of production workflows across print, digital, video, and content creation.Proven ability to think conceptually and develop visual ideas that solve business and marketing challenges.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
