This is a unique opportunity to build a new business from the ground up. As our first Enterprise Sales Director focused on Brazil, you'll help define our go-to-market strategy, open doors with senior executives, and establish TripleTen as a trusted partner for AI and technical upskilling.
Land high-value, multi-stakeholder deals for AI and technical upskilling programs. You'll operate as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, framing our offering not as training but as a lever for the client's AI transformation — and you'll close complex, consultative deals with long sales cycles.

What you will do
- Open and close new-business relationships with large Brazilian enterprises, selling directly to C-level and senior stakeholders (Chief AI Officer, CHRO, Head of Transformation, CTO, CFO).
- Run a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales process: build a champion, align technical, finance, and L&D stakeholders, and drive complex deals to signature.
- Use an assessment-led entry motion (skill diagnostics) to surface capability gaps and build tailored upskilling proposals that expand into full rollouts.
- Own your pipeline end-to-end — qualification, pricing, negotiation, and close — with disciplined CRM hygiene.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to shape offerings around real client needs and to drive account expansion.
- Help define the enterprise playbook: pricing that works, sectors that convert, and the repeatable motion behind them.
Requirements
- A senior enterprise seller with a proven track record closing high-ticket, complex B2B deals (long sales cycles, six-figure contracts) with C-level buyers.
- You bring your own corporate network at senior levels in Brazil and can open doors without waiting for inbound.
- Experience selling into HR/L&D, transformation, or technical functions — ideally in training/education, consulting, professional services, or SaaS.
- Consultative by instinct: you diagnose before you pitch, and you sell business outcomes, not features.
- Comfortable building in ambiguity — you thrive in an early-stage, pre-playbook environment and help create structure rather than waiting for it.
- Native Portuguese; professional English for an international team.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the AI / technology upskilling landscape and the buying dynamics around AI adoption.
- Existing relationships in one or more target sectors (financial services, retail, industry, technology).
- Experience selling into or across LATAM beyond Brazil.
