**Summary:**
As a Client Partner for the Cross Border Business (Cross Border Business) team in the CEE region, you’ll lead Meta’s strategy & relationships with large customers from CBB (both in tech apps & ecom) verticals — driving strategy, performance, and innovation at scale. With expertise in enterprise sales, performance media and an understanding of each client's business, you’ll develop growth plans & strategies that deliver long-term impact. Success in this role requires good consultative sales and analytical skills to drive meaningful revenue growth, along with the capability to influence C-level stakeholders, drive decision-making with data analysis and interpretation, and lead critical cross-functional collaboration.

Client Partner, CEE Cross Border Responsibilities:
1. Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier Cross Border digital native clients across multiple verticals, accountable for revenue and strategic impact
2. Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies with short and long-term vision. Apply data-driven insights to shape business strategy
3. Build trusted relationships at the most executive levels, turning Meta into a strategic growth partner with good business acumen and industry understanding
4. Strategize, plan and lead the cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable solutions & tools on performance, measurement, and creative strategy to elevate client results
5. Champion innovation across Meta’s gaming solutions by new ad formats, AI-driven optimization tools, and early-stage product tests—turning client feedback into solutions evolution
6. Develop a large and extensive network of relationships, ecosystem development, and thought leadership for CBB in EMEA and globally
7. Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build narratives, and present findings to executive business stakeholders
8. Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends in order to influence Meta’s future business strategies

12. In-depth knowledge of the cross-border digital native ecosystem, including business models and monetization mechanics

14. Good executive presence with a proven capability to influence C-level stakeholders through structured storytelling and data-driven insights
15. Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and sustaining complex, high-value strategic partnerships

17. Experience navigating shifting priorities and making decisions with incomplete information, while maintaining progress toward defined goals
18. Fluent in English and a CEE language (Ukrainian, Russian, or Lithuanian, preferably)

24. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
25. Track record of managing $50M+ annual client portfolios
26. Multilingual capabilities relevant to the region (e.g., Polish, Ukrainian, Russian)
27. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
