Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with the CEO/founding team on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of company-wide goals. Drive cross-functional projects spanning trading, financing (NBFC), operations, and technology teams. Own the company's operating rhythm: leadership meetings, OKRs/goal tracking, board reporting, and follow-through on action items. Conduct research and analysis to support key strategic and investment decisions. Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO/founding team, representing their priorities across the organization. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the business. Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites. Manage special projects, including new market entry, partnerships, and fundraising support as needed. Job Requirement 4-8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a Chief of Staff / strategy role at a high-growth startup. MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating with ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Track record of driving cross-functional execution and managing multiple priorities. High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and move fast. Prior experience in commodities, trading, fintech, NBFC, or B2B marketplaces is a plus. Apply Now
