In this role, you will oversee electrical engineering efforts across new builds, expansions, and upgrades, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence.You will partner closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, vendors, and construction teams to drive electrical design strategy, establish engineering standards, and ensure successful project execution from concept through commissioning. This role requires occasional travel to data center sites and project locations.What You’ll DoLead electrical engineering design initiatives for new data center developments, capacity expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.Manage the design and implementation of mission-critical electrical systems, including substations, medium- and low-voltage distribution, emergency generators, UPS systems, battery plants, and fire alarm systems.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve electrical engineering standards, design guidelines, and best practices across the data center portfolio.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Center...
