As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will partner with founders, CFOs, CIOs, CROs, and executive leadership teams to help them connect strategy with technology. You will demonstrate how NetSuite enables software organizations to harness AI, simplify operations, accelerate growth, and scale with confidence.

You will become a trusted advisor across the Software Industry, developing expertise in the following sub industries:

Sub Industries and Executive Challenges

  • Software: Revenue recognition, subscription management, recurring revenue, global expansion, financial visibility, AI enabled operations, engineering velocity, investor readiness.

  • SaaS: ARR and MRR growth, usage based pricing, churn reduction, customer success, renewals, billing complexity, forecasting, operational scale.

  • Technology: Rapid innovation, mergers and acquisitions, global entities, product commercialization, operational efficiency, AI adoption, cybersecurity investment, scalable finance.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled business transformation strategies.

  • Lead consultative discovery focused on business outcomes before technology.

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations that connect finance, revenue operations, planning, customer success, analytics, and AI into a unified business story.

  • Develop deep expertise across Software, SaaS, and Technology industries and become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices.

  • Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences.

  • Mentor Solution Consultants and share industry expertise across the organization.

Who Thrives in This Role?

You may have built your career in software, SaaS, ERP consulting, finance transformation, product operations, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business consulting.

You enjoy understanding how software companies grow. You are comfortable speaking with executive leaders about recurring revenue, AI, operational scale, customer success, and financial performance. You believe technology should create competitive advantage and that AI represents one of the most significant shifts the software industry has ever experienced.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Software Operations, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting Software, SaaS, Technology, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, CRM, Planning, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies with the ability to connect innovation to measurable business value.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
