Author program trackers, deliver regular status reports, and establish clear structures for mitigations, postmortems, and escalations. + Lead effective program team meetings, proactively manage dependencies across teams, and execute tasks while incorporating product excellence values and influencing cross-functional engineering teams and leadership toward a unified technical vision. + Design and deliver tailored program communication plans targeted by stakeholder type, ensuring transparency into program progress, pivots, and mitigations. + Triage technical issues across teams, assess the impact of technical escalations, and resolve tooling/process gaps that affect engineering execution.
