**Your role and responsibilities**
* Assist in the operation and maintenance of production systems, and learn to understand the operational processes of enterprise IT systems.
* Participate in the team's technical exchanges and daily collaboration, and learn to write highly maintainable and high-quality code.
* Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional partners to participate in the design, development, and testing of software systems.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Basic Programming Knowledge: Have taken at least one course related to programming languages or software engineering. (Please be sure to attach your transcript for relevant courses when submitting your resume.)
* Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate accountability when facing tasks and challenges, proactively identify problems, and seek optimal solutions.
* Endless Curiosity: Be passionate about software technology, love exploring unknown territories, and be able to translate newly acquired knowledge into practical actions.
* Strong Teamwork: Possess excellent communication skills, value the collective good of the team, and be able to collaborate smoothly with partners in various roles within a culture of trust.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Have your own technical side projects or have participated in open-source projects (Please provide a GitHub link or other portfolio works as examples).
* Have a basic understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, cloud technologies, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, or event-driven architectures (such as Kafka).
