What You’ll Be Doing
At Cotality, Product Marketers sit within our business segments and operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. They act as the voice of the customer across the organization—ensuring the solutions we bring to market are grounded in real customer needs, clearly differentiated, and positioned to drive meaningful adoption and growth.
We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Product Marketing professional to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution for key solutions and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of our Mortgage Servicing & Payments business to define and execute effective GTM strategies and product marketing plans
Own core product marketing elements of GTM, including buyer personas, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets
Lead product communications (internal and external) and develop compelling content for training and customer engagement
Serve as a subject matter expert for your solution areas, with strong insight into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer use cases
Synthesize customer insights and competitive intelligence to prioritize buyer needs and inform data-driven decision-making
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive growth, retention, and expanded customer value across the portfolio
Partner closely with Product Management to shape product strategy through a customer-first lens
Establish continuous feedback loops to incorporate market trends, customer needs, and competitive inputs into product roadmaps
Develop high-impact, product-centric collateral to support both prospective and existing customers
Plan and execute product and feature launches in partnership with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales)
Support messaging and execution of customer-centric events
Drive awareness and lead generation by aligning GTM strategy with integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Corporate Marketing

Job Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
Certification in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is preferred
EXPERIENCE
10+ years experience in Product Marketing in B2B or B2C tech.
Proven ability to lead with strategy and translate into execution.
Mortgage industry preferred
Ability to turn product innovations into clear and engaging narratives as well as strong value propositions that sell.
Self-starter with strong initiative and drive.
Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving.
Experience producing high-quality work in a remote, geographically dispersed, and deadline-driven team environment.
Annual Pay Range:
111,900 - 150,000 USDApplication Window:
