Accountabilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Coordinate implementation activities and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide regular project updates, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions or escalate when required.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned to improve future integration processes.
- Prepare project status reports and documentation for management and stakeholder review.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across integrating organizations.
- Provide hands-on technical support to users during integration activities.
- Perform integration and acceptance testing while ensuring systems meet business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot network, identity, and application-related issues during integration projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technology challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Apply appropriate technologies and methodologies to meet integration objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience analyzing and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering quality support.
- Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and an understanding of how AI can improve workflows, processes, and business initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including user object management and creation, is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) is an asset.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise is an asset.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages such as Python is an asset.
