Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and blueprints
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Operate warehouse and production equipment safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and report equipment concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-conscious mindset with willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance required
