Accountabilities:
- Define and execute enterprise architecture strategies across applications, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Establish scalable architecture patterns that support customer-facing and employee-facing digital experiences across CRM, web, mobile, communications, and operational platforms.
- Develop enterprise engineering standards covering APIs, integrations, cloud services, observability, reliability, reusable services, and technical design practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing guidance on technology direction, modernization priorities, and investment decisions.
- Lead enterprise integration and platform strategies, including APIs, middleware, orchestration, interoperability, and event-driven architectures.
- Guide modernization efforts across ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, operational systems, and third-party technology ecosystems.
- Improve platform reliability through enhanced monitoring, observability, resiliency, security, and supportability practices.
- Establish practical enterprise data governance approaches that improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and readiness for analytics and AI initiatives.
- Define enterprise data standards, shared data models, master data approaches, and interoperability principles across systems.
- Enable AI-ready architectures by supporting responsible adoption of automation, artificial intelligence, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Build and scale enterprise architecture and engineering capabilities through internal teams, technical leaders, and strategic partners.
- Coach architects, engineers, and technology teams while promoting accountability, technical excellence, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Establish architecture review processes, documentation standards, reference patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Act as a player-coach during transformation initiatives by combining strategic planning with practical technical execution.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, integration engineering, cloud technologies, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Proven experience as a principal architect, enterprise platform leader, or equivalent senior technology leadership role.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, including identity, scalability, security, enterprise integrations, and platform services.
- Strong experience with enterprise application ecosystems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O preferred), ERP, CRM, and modernization initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, cloud-native systems, enterprise interoperability, and reusable service design.
- Experience designing and enabling digital platforms supporting customer experiences, employee solutions, workflow orchestration, identity management, and omnichannel capabilities.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of analytics enablement, enterprise data governance, data quality, lineage, and AI-ready architectures.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on technical problem solving.
- Principal architect mindset with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity while driving alignment and measurable outcomes.
- Competitive annual salary range of $175,000 - $220,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
