As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. **Responsibilities** + Own and manage relationships with key GTE vendor service providers. Oversee service delivery performance to ensure high-quality output and successful customer outcomes. Lead regular vendor performance and business reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs). + Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and commercial leakage using data-driven insights. Collaborate with vendor sites and business stakeholders to develop and implement innovative, scalable solutions. + Manage and optimize processes impacting operations, including contracting, budget/finances, capacity planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance. + Serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external performance or supplier relationship issues, resolving operational bottlenecks independently. + Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders (including GPO, Finance, and Security) to execute complex strategic initiatives.
