Role Description:
· The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, Monitoring, supporting and optimizing platform applications.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze user requirements to determine how to translate into customer tickets
· Ensuring that platform systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
· Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, Incident, problem management, work around solution and Root cause analysis
· Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times
· Creation and updating of application support documentation, it should be maintained to highest quality and accuracy
· Additional adhoc activities to support business goals
Basic Qualifications & Experience:
· Min 3 years’ experience in similar field
· Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan work schedule.
· Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance
