Accountabilities:

    • Engage with prospective borrowers to guide them through mortgage solutions and home financing options, ensuring a consultative and customer-focused experience
    • Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines through outbound and inbound lead follow-up in a high-volume environment
    • Learn and apply mortgage product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and lending processes through structured paid training
    • Execute persuasive communication strategies to convert leads into funded loans while meeting and exceeding performance targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation accuracy, and timely closings
    • Maintain high levels of responsiveness, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced remote setting
    • Requirements:

      • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a service-oriented environment preferred
      • Strong motivation to succeed in a performance-driven, commission-based role
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach
      • Highly competitive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
      • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
      • Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities
      • Reliable high-speed internet connection with required minimum bandwidth and Ethernet capability
      • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and some weekends, with occasional late shifts
