As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations by applying your advanced technical skills to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and systems to meet production goals.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you’ll work out of our JuareZ location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the manufacturing efficiency and product quality by providing expert technical support, leading process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement best practices and resolve technical issues.
- Support training and mentoring of junior technicians to build a skilled manufacturing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout manufacturing operations.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of functional test and ICT, equipment, including Keysight systems.
- Collaboration and integration with other test equipment and systems
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a related technical role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience with manufacturing tools, equipment calibration, and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience working with ICT Keysight machines.
WE VALUE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in high-volume manufacturing or aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
