Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Buyer Marking & Decofilm (f/m) to join our Chemicals & Services Procurement (PMBP) department based in Toulouse, France.

You have a strategic thinking, open mindset, you are ready to challenge and influence internal & external stakeholders, you have the ability to work in and with an international team and you have already led projects to protect Airbus interest, then this is the job for you.

You will be part of a team of 15 employees purchasing for all Airbus commercial aircraft programs for all plants and FALs, and also for the whole Airbus Group. As part of the Chemicals & Services Procurement (PMBP) team, you will be involved in securing the Marking and Adhesive portfolio.

Your challenges:

  • Define sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure day-to-day business (cost, time, quality) and achieve ramp-up targets.
  • Run Calls For Tenders and select suppliers according to the Airbus process.
  • Ensure best contractual conditions, negotiate long-term contracts, and monitor terms during innovation, development, serial production, and support phases.
  • Lead and interface with a multifunctional team (Programme, Design office, Manufacture engineering, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, etc.) for all commodity-related activities.
  • Ensure supplier commercial performance including claim management, identify cost reduction opportunities, and proactively manage risks and de-risking.

Your boarding pass:

  • Master degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Procurement experience with solid business acumen and thorough knowledge of the Procurement process.
  • Contract negotiation experience backed by a strong commercial background and legal awareness.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP; project management experience or technical understanding is a plus.
  • Negotiation level of English is mandatory; French, German, or Spanish are a plus. Ability to travel for business is required.
