Accountabilities:
- Sell software solutions to prospective clients seeking modern case management and operational tools.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Communicate product value effectively by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions with business needs.
- Create customized messaging and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing processes while maintaining agreed timelines.
- Build and execute territory strategies to generate qualified opportunities and increase pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales development teams to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Track sales activity, performance metrics, and progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and objection handling.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
