Accountabilities:

    The Mid-Market Account Executive will own a territory-based sales role focused on developing opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing new business. This position requires strong consultative selling abilities, effective communication, and the discipline to manage sales activities from initial engagement through contract completion.

    • Sell software solutions to prospective clients seeking modern case management and operational tools.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
    • Communicate product value effectively by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions with business needs.
    • Create customized messaging and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
    • Guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing processes while maintaining agreed timelines.
    • Build and execute territory strategies to generate qualified opportunities and increase pipeline growth.
    • Partner with sales development teams to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts using CRM tools.
    • Track sales activity, performance metrics, and progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
    • Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with decision-makers, and consistently achieve performance goals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and experience selling software solutions.

      • 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
      • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
      • Experience managing sales pipelines, lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and objection handling.
      • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and customer relationship management.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong presentation, listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
      • Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
      • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Motivation to succeed in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
