Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (turnover and new customer) for assigned accounts.
- Drive customer engagement and increase product penetration by increasing customer visits, expanding product offerings to operators, and promoting more frequent usage of UFS products.
- Maintain high standards of sales productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor account performance and ensure target achievement.
- Ensure effective visibility, activity execution, and new menu implementation, communicating with customers in timely manner and aligning with country plans and resource allocation.
- Resolve customer issues related to UFS products effectively and efficiently.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales functions, preferably within the FMCG or food ingredients sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a "winning mindset" , “CAN DO” attitude and adaptability.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally or within assigned regional areas.
