The department provides a wide range of services, including data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk, data processing and delivery, data analytics, but also data science and automation support.   We are looking for a detail-oriented, structured and responsible person with good German language to join our Media Operations team in Austria. The main tasks will include daily data production and delivery for our Austrian TV Audience Measurement (TAM) contract while collaborating both with the internal teams and the customers. You will work with internal systems, Excel-based checks, automated processes and data deliveries which are all in German – including some customer communications when necessary. You will be part of 4-member team ensuring high quality, on-time delivery and stable production processes, including rotating weekend duty.  Key Responsibilities  Process TV and streaming data, including importing, preparing, checking and exporting Perform quality, completeness and plausibility checks Run, monitor and follow up on automated processes and scripts Create and review internal control reports for data validation Handle internal and external inquiries and carry out necessary corrections, mainly via email Communicate directly with customers in German via email and phone (not more 10% of working time) Maintain and check broadcast logs, master data and production-relevant information. After successful onboarding: independently cover regular weekend duty (approx. once per month) Skills, knowledge and experience required   Excellent written and spoken German, ideally C1/C2 level or equivalent Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Willingness to learn internal systems, automation steps and data production processes Accurate, structured and responsible working style, especially in time-critical production processes Interest in data, systems and recurring processes Good analytical skills and ability to analyze issues objectively and find pragmatic solutions Customer orientation and professional communication in German Willingness to cover regular weekend duty approx. once per month after onboarding Willingness to learn local market requirements, TV/streaming processes and internal tools English skills for internal alignment and international collaboration are an advantage We offer:Food vouchers € 62Additional Medical Insurance, incl Prophylactics, Outpatient care, Inpatient care, еxpenses for medications and medical productsLife InsuranceMultisport card (self-funded by the employee) A Hybrid model of working: 3 days of the week you work from home (home office), 2 days from the office.Additional paid leave of 3 days in case of no overdue leave days from previous yearFree access to LinkedIn Learning platformIn addition: Working in an international organization, once you become a specialist in your field, you can count on numerous programs offering development or relocation to other departments or countries.
