Data Production Specialist with GermanFull-timeCareer Site Team: Operations Compensation: EUR 1600 - EUR 2000 - monthlyJob DescriptionGlobal Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is an operations department located in Sofia – a global centralized Hub working closely with all NIQ Media local and global teams, including Ops, Tech, Product and Commercial. The department provides a wide range of services, including data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk, data processing and delivery, data analytics, but also data science and automation support. We are looking for a detail-oriented, structured and responsible person with good German language to join our Media Operations team in Austria. The main tasks will include daily data production and delivery for our Austrian TV Audience Measurement (TAM) contract while collaborating both with the internal teams and the customers. You will work with internal systems, Excel-based checks, automated processes and data deliveries which are all in German – including some customer communications when necessary. You will be part of 4-member team ensuring high quality, on-time delivery and stable production processes, including rotating weekend duty. Key Responsibilities Process TV and streaming data, including importing, preparing, checking and exporting Perform quality, completeness and plausibility checks Run, monitor and follow up on automated processes and scripts Create and review internal control reports for data validation Handle internal and external inquiries and carry out necessary corrections, mainly via email Communicate directly with customers in German via email and phone (not more 10% of working time) Maintain and check broadcast logs, master data and production-relevant information.
