Ensuring end-to-end transport coverage

Are you a stickler for getting things done in their proper order? If so, then you might just be what we’re looking for.


Reporting to the facility manager, you’ll provide efficient and cost-effective transport service to the client. You’ll also see to it that each vehicle leaves at the exact


Transport Operations Management • Manage SE- BEF ALOKA CAMPUS transport operations across all shifts (A, B, C, and GS) • Monitor and track vehicles and drivers for all shifts and spot cab services • Coordinate inter-office shuttle services and ensure proper scheduling • Oversee parking yard operations and vehicle staging • Conduct route surveys and implement route optimization for efficiency

 

Vendor & Partner Management • Manage transport vendor partners, vehicles, and driver assignments • Conduct monthly vendor manager meetings and distribute minutes of meeting (MOM) • Provide administrative support to vendors and transport tracking team • Oversee on-ground vendor and driver management

 

Compliance & Safety • Conduct vehicle and driver compliance checks and generate reports • Verify functionality of speed governors in all vehicles • Maintain and verify statutory documents for all vehicles • Ensure drivers adhere to uniform and seatbelt requirements • Brief drivers on professional attitude, behaviour, and safe driving practices • Prepare accident reports and submit to safety officer • Ensure operations align with Transport Policies and Guidelines

 

Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor arrival and departure timings for all shifts • Track pickup and drop operations with real-time updates to stakeholders • Generate and share transport reports (MMR, Daily Spending Report, DSR, Incident Reports, Billing & MIS validation) • Submit occupancy level reports to management • Audit spot cab trip sheets and process billing • Monitor special requirements for female employee transportation

 

Employee Support • Handle helpdesk calls via shift mobile • Address employee queries regarding transport services • Direct on-call employees to vendors for cab arrangements • Follow up on employee compliance issues with action updates • Respond to event-related queries and arrange vehicles accordingly

 

Planning & Coordination • Plan weekly transport routing and Sunday routing schedules • Coordinate new location transport setup and shuttle deployment • Conduct induction for new vehicles and drivers • Arrange vehicles for company events • Update transport notice boards at all locations for holidays, Sunday working, and events

 

Team Management • Conduct weekly supervisor and driver meetings • Lead weekly briefings on dos and don'ts for supervisors and drivers • Attend committee meetings as transport representative

 

Quality Assurance • Ensure employee travel time meets SE Standards • Maintain cleanliness standards for all shift and shuttle vehicles • Monitor condition of inter-shuttle vehicles continuously • Verify proper scheduling and functionality of inter-shuttle servicesLikewise, you’ll ensure that our staff log their boarding and initial pick up time—and that only those listed on our roster sheet are picked up. Should the need arise, you’ll also make sure that approval is on hand for staff in need of pick up.


Serving as a go-between among teams

Being a part of the JLL family, you’ll be constantly collaborating with teams across the board—especially in this role. As the person in charge, you’ll be central in supporting the transport team at the client’s facility.  You’ll also be responsible for keeping in touch with our vendor supervisors.


In addition, you’ll keep a record of important transport-related phone numbers. Also part of your scope is to prepare work orders and assign a unique reference number for each transport request. Your superior analytical skills will also prove handy, as you’ll look into and prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport reports.

To land this job, you must be a graduate of any discipline with three to five years’ experience in transport management in a BPO setting. You must also demonstrate an aptitude in working with a team. Furthermore, you must have a solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs.
