Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary product interface for enterprise customers, leading requirement discussions, roadmap reviews, prioritization sessions, and strategic product conversations.
- Translate complex customer requirements, including compliance needs, data standards, integrations, and business workflows, into clear product strategies and actionable requirements.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap by balancing customer priorities, platform scalability, business objectives, and long-term product vision.
- Partner with engineering, solutions architecture, program management, customer success, and product marketing teams to define and deliver enterprise platform capabilities.
- Lead product discovery initiatives to identify customer challenges, uncover opportunities, and shape future product improvements.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption, evaluate product performance, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization decisions.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements documents, product requirement documents, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Represent customer and product perspectives in executive reviews, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional roadmap discussions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies impacting enterprise automotive platforms.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise or B2B SaaS products involving integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities.
- Experience in the automotive industry, automotive retail technology, dealership platforms, CRM, digital retail, or related enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience partnering directly with large enterprise customers or strategic partners in a client-facing product leadership role.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, system integrations, and platform architectures, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled product development methodologies and modern AI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret usage data, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, marketplace ecosystems, OEM programs, dealer technology integrations, or AI-powered products is highly preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $115,875 to $193,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
