The Bid Manager leads the lifecycle of business opportunities, coordinating teams to develop high-quality, client-centric proposals that support business growth. This role is responsible for planning and managing bid activities, while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and maintaining rigorous governance, timelines, and quality standards. The Bid Manager oversees the creation of compelling proposal content and presentations, manages review and approval processes, and continuously enhances bid methodologies, tools, and knowledge assets. Additionally, the role supports client engagement through presentations and site visits, ensuring solutions are effectively communicated and aligned with client needs.
