We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale.This is our founding team's second startup, and we recently closed our Series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index Ventures and Credo Ventures.🔎 Who are we looking for?We are investing in Product Design and looking for a UX Designer / Researcher to join our Prague team.This role combines UX design with product research. You'll work closely with customers, Product Managers, Customer Engineers and Engineering to understand customer needs, validate ideas before development begins, and ensure every product decision is grounded in evidence.💪 What you'll do?Conduct customer interviews and discovery sessionsPlan and facilitate usability testingDesign user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interfacesOwn and evolve our design systemPartner with Product Managers to validate hypothesesCollaborate with engineers throughout implementationAnalyse customer behaviour and identify UX opportunitiesImprove both customer-facing products and internal toolsPresent research findings and recommendationsChampion user-centred design🙌 What do you bring?3+ years of experience in UX, Product Design or UX ResearchStrong proficiency with FigmaExperience conducting interviews and usability testingPortfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design workExcellent communication and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to balance research with pragmatic deliveryEnterprise SaaS experience is an advantageFluent English (C1 level)💙 What do we offer?A unique opportunity to establish UX research and product design as a core capability at Resistant AIThe opportunity to work with some of the world's leading financial institutions and fintech companiesWorking alongside some of the top professionals in AI, fraud detection, cybersecurity, and machine learningA culture that values individual...
