Accountabilities
- Own the full institutional sales cycle across prediction market and exchange offerings in the US
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with hedge funds, trading firms, family offices, and other institutional market participants
- Manage key accounts, including onboarding, relationship development, and long-term revenue growth
- Partner with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client solutions and ensure regulatory alignment
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings as a subject matter expert in prediction markets and CFTC-regulated products
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap development
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting against revenue targets
- Drive deal execution in complex, regulated environments requiring cross-functional coordination
- 3+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within financial markets
- Direct experience with or exposure to CFTC-regulated markets (DCM, FCM, or regulated derivatives strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in closing and managing complex institutional client relationships
- Strong understanding of derivatives, event contracts, binary options, or prediction market mechanics
- Existing network within hedge funds, trading firms, or institutional digital asset participants is highly valuable
- Experience with CME Group or CME-adjacent ecosystems is a strong plus
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving market environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with legal, compliance, and product teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial products for sophisticated stakeholders
- Highly self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working in performance-driven environments
