Accountabilities:

    The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting customers throughout the buying journey, and ensuring a smooth sales experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include:

    • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
    • Manage customer inquiries, quotation requests, and order-related support while maintaining a high level of service.
    • Guide customers through the sales process, including tracking open orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
    • Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling opportunities and developing profitable customer relationships.
    • Provide accurate product pricing recommendations using available pricing tools and resources.
    • Prepare estimates, proposals, and product recommendations when required.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
    • Follow established sales procedures while applying sound judgment to resolve customer challenges.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Required qualifications include:

      • Fluency in both English and French is required.
      • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
      • High school diploma or GED preferred; additional sales training or certifications are an asset.
      • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and digital channels.
      • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
      • Ability to work toward sales goals and demonstrate performance against targets.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
      • Experience with quoting, estimating, order management, or product sales is an asset.
