We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver Operator to join our team in Dannevirke. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Class 5 vehicles across our rural network, supporting maintenance and operational activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their equipment, and is committed to delivering quality outcomes for our customers and communities.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Full Class 5 Driver Licence
- Experience operating bottom dumper trailers
- Experience working on rural road networks
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills, including experience using Actuate or similar systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly desirable:
- W, R and T endorsements
- Loader operating experience, with the ability to self-load materials
- Civil construction, road maintenance, or transport industry experience
