Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support Costa Coffee operations: Assist with drink preparation, customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day outlet operations
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests warmly, take and prepare orders accurately, and deliver friendly, efficient service that reflects the Costa Coffee experience
• Prepare and present with care: Ensure drinks and food items are prepared and presented to brand standards, and maintain a clean and inviting seating area
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas, equipment, and customer spaces clean, organised, and well maintained at all times
• Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of both guests and team members
