Accountabilities:
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and planning routines to improve accuracy, consistency, and alignment across the Customer Business Team
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management teams to enhance planning performance and deliver improved business outcomes
- Own customer-level reporting, including NSV/GSV tracking, margin pool analysis, and performance insights for leadership review
- Develop and implement trade strategies across both working and non-working trade spend to maximize ROI and profitability
- Analyze syndicated and internal data to generate insights that support category growth, brand performance, and customer decision-making
- Drive forecast bias reviews and present findings to leadership, ensuring continuous improvement in planning discipline
- Maintain detailed business documentation, reporting files, and operational records to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Support cross-functional system improvements and planning capabilities within the customer planning ecosystem
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
- Experience working with syndicated data sources to build insights, category strategies, and customer-facing recommendations
- Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to work across complex datasets and reporting tools
- Familiarity with industry tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or similar syndicated data platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong business judgment and curiosity with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
- Competitive base salary ranging from $104,200 to $130,200 USD
