About the Role
We're looking for a talented Digital Design Engineer to join our team, where you'll architect and design high-performance digital circuits that seamlessly interface with cutting-edge analog systems. You'll work across a diverse set of communication protocols — including CAN, LIN, 1394, and Ethernet — contributing to full end-to-end system solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
What You'll Do
- Define architecture and micro-architecture for complex digital systems
- Write and review RTL code, and drive designs through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure
- Develop test methods and specifications, and contribute to application notes and datasheets
- Solve complex engineering challenges by assessing and applying a range of techniques and methodologies
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, delivering results on time with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with a world-class team of analog and digital design engineers to solve problems and drive innovation
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in digital circuit design and familiarity with analog-digital interfaces
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, 1394, and/or Ethernet
- Proficiency in RTL design, synthesis, and verification flows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic, analytical mindset
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes proactively to group discussions

Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- A thorough understanding of digital logic design
- Familiarity with the Verilog language and simulators
- A good understanding of analog functionality and exposure to analog IC design methods
- Ability to solve problems using a systematic approach
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with System Verilog
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
